 Verified I live in Bend, moved from one home to another. I appreciated their local presence and responsiveness. Ruby clearly explained the quote and all the particulars once I selected them. And was always quick to answer any questions until they were done. Yesterday was the day. The team was excellent at making me and my wife feel comfortable.  Verified Great Service.  We used them to move heavy furniture out of a master bedroom before a remodel.  The large bed with built in drawers had to be disassembled and large dressers and night stands had to be moved.  All of this was scheduled on a weeks notice.  All accomplished in less than their minimum two hour fee. We had used them about three years ago to move our entire household from Sunriver to Bend.  Verified I needed a couple of safes moved from my downstairs to my upstairs. They weighed about 285 lbs each. I called on a Wednesday and was booked for the following day. The associate I spoke to on the phone was extremely kind and professional. The following morning I had three young men show up at my house on time only after they called me 20 minutes before let me know they were on their way.  All three were also extremely kind and professional. They took all precautions to protect my floors. They were safe and efficient and moved the safes exactly where I wanted them.  Verified Higher Ground moved a king bed frame from one Bend house to another. I appreciated the ease in scheduling, the clear communication on the moving process and the efficient billing process. The movers were very careful with the bed frame which was made in France of solid walnut and hand carved.  They assembled and placed the frame.  Verified Higher Ground Moving moved my furniture into the garage in preparation for having new flooring put into my whole house.
